Any entity which qualifies to be a start-up, as per the definition of Government of India, is eligible to apply for Startupreneur Awards. These include:-
Age of the entity should not more than 10 years as of 31 March 2019.
Entities incorporated as either a private limited company or a registered partnership firm or a limited liability partnership with Registrar of Companies.
Annual turnover should not have exceeded Rs 25 crore for any of the financial years since incorporation / registration.
Entity should not have been formed by splitting up or reconstruction of a business already in existence.
It should be working towards innovation, development or improvement of products or processes or services, or if it is a scalable business model with a high potential of employment generation or wealth creation.

Start-up of the Year in Manufacturing
Startups should be working under this sector and the list of sub sector under this is Sub Sector List For Manufacturing.
Start-up of the Year in Services
Startups should be working under this sector and the list of sub sector under this is Sub Sector List For Services.
Woman Start-up of the Year
One of the founder/ co- founder to be the women.
Start-up of the year in Biotech and Pharma
Startups should be working under this sector and the list of sub sector under this is Sub Sector List For Biotech/Pharma.
Start-up of the Year in Agriculture & Food
